I am native from France where I studied. I did my undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Burgundy, in Dijon, and completed my Master degree in Economic Modeling and my PhD in Economics at the University of Bordeaux. I have worked for the Research Department of the International Labour Office in Geneva (CH), as a post-doc at the University of Amsterdam (NL) where I am still a research fellow, as a research visitor at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver (CA) and at the University of Oregon (US), as an Assistant Professor in Macroeconomics at the University of Utrecht (NL) and as a Principal Researcher in the Financial Market Department at the Bank of Canada, in Ottawa. Since July 2022, I have joined the Department of Economics at the University of Ottawa as Associate Professor and a Tier 2 Canadian Research Chair nominee.
